As described: pre-owned, but in really good condition. Shipping cost was fairly priced and shipping time was pretty fast. The purse was well-packaged to be protected during shipping. The box the clock came in was badly damaged in shipping. The clock does not work, which we believe is because of the mailing issues. This seller was very responsive, and issued us a refund immediately. I highly recommend this vendor.
