This listing is for 1 Nurse Angel toy as shown in the pictures. Nurse Angel Ririka SOS notebook with all 3 cards. Unfortunately it's missing the stylus, but the toy functions perfectly without it. One card slides into place on the right side, press the button to start the lights and accompanying sound. The light will land on a random spot. The 3 cards are in great condition, but 2 of them have minor bent corners (see pictures). The notebook itself is also in good condition, but has some deeper scratches on the right side (see picture) as well as minor scuffs/scratches/marks in various places.
