I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I placed an order by mistake with the wrong address and canceled it within seconds. Iimmediately contacted the seller asking for a refund, but he didn’t reply for two full days. When he finally responded, he said he couldn’t guarantee that I would get my money back. Later the same evening, I received an email saying the canceled order was shipped anyway. This is unacceptable. The lack of communication and the refusal to resolve the issue
As described. From UK to Australia, the parcel arrived quickly. Small issue with some of the box glue getting onto one of the books (aussie summer ☀️) so I'd recommend that there be a layer of packaging between box and item (eg brown paper) All in all, a really nice product which made for well received gift. Will be purchasing from this seller again, highly recommend.
Arrived in good condition and was a good price. The paper is of good quality which I was hoping for as it’s part of a Xmas present for my Grandaughter. Arrived two days later than predicted, but I was kept informed of this, and it is Xmas post time, so extra busy at post office. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Very pleased with purchase.
