The item arrived as described and priced fairly. However, the seller is clearly drop-shipping the products from Amazon, which violates eBay's policy. I’m not leaving negative feedback only because the price I paid likely left little to no profit margin for this seller, and there is no reason to pour salt on that wound. However, if I wanted to purchase from Amazon, I would have gone there directly. Sellers should fully understand the platform rules before listing
I do like the Gua Sha piece. I was a little disappointed that it did not have the carrying case pictured in the sales photo. It was in a little plastic bag, not as pictured. For some reason, it showed delivery one day before it actually arrived.
Price was fair , items were exactly what I needed, new and packaged well. Communication could've been better, no tracking number but Amazon delivery was quick. Ordered on Saturday, delivered on Tuesday. Thanks.
