The item is as pictured and I’m happy with it. And both our dogs seem to like it. However, it took a MONTH to get it. Ordered 10/25 and rec’d the item on 11/25. I had no idea it was shipping from China and could not get any updates on the ETA. The seller was quick to respond to ALL of my questions and that is appreciated. But the shipping info orig provided did not work and the seller had to send a separate link but no ETA. When expressed concern about ETA, was told it was “out of their hands”.
Reached out to seller due to gross miss representation of the item sold/ahipped. Once concerns were addressed about size tag on the item being labeled an XL however obviously the size for a Yorkshire terrier and not a full-grown boxer. The seller agreed to refund my money. Item not eligible for return I will donate to local no kill shelter for smaller dog. Awaiting refund but presently assured and pleased. Item arrived 16th not 5th. Rating based on item/shipping date.
