The item arrived on time and was a brand new unused item as described. It instantly went onto the bed frame with no effort and all is well now after the last one wore out. I have 3 left from the set in case I need any for the future. I would recommend this item and/or vendor for future purchases.
Unfortunately, the item description was very misleading, but seller communication was great and a return was handled promptly. Shipping was very fast. I do not know about quality of item, as I did not open package once I realized the problem.
