Book appears to be in pretty good condition. Cover and pages have some wear and discoloration. There is a person's name and address written on the inside cover. I always look for any writing and/or underlining throughout the book and will try to show examples if I find any. That doesn't mean I don't miss something, but try to catch as much as I can.
