Ace Frehley is an American musician, singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He was a founding member of the rock band Kiss, playing lead guitar and occasionally lead vocals from 1973 to 1982. He also designed the famous Kiss logo. Frehley's first solo album, Ace Frehley, was released in 1978. It included the hit single "New York Groove", which boosted sales for the album and became the most successful of the four Kiss solo albums.
