Toner was shipped without an outer box (label just attached to retail box), and I heard a rattling when I retrieved the item from the mailbox. I thought it was damaged or tampered with. There was no signed that it was opened and repacked, and my toner didn't need replacement just yet, but I decided to open it up just in case it was damaged from shipping it without another box. A piece of the inner plastic that holds the toner secure was broken off. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

It shipped as advertised and it was packaged as described. It shipped on time and came open boxed (as advertised and mentioned) and the item appeared brand new. It needed charging but I took care of that. It was definitely a good value considering what other sellers wanted for the same product.
