  1. Wrong item. All of the information in the sellers add said right hand set. I received a left-hand set. The barcode label on the box manufacturer part number was crossed out. This label indicated right hand so somebody knew something was wrong. The seller was gracious enough to offer a $150 rebate so that I could then resell the item rather than return. The cost of full return would’ve been $100 ship round trip leaving me a $50 resale margin. I also have to float the cost and find the right set.

  2. Seller and I got some information confusion regarding the listing. They were receptive to the problem and addressed it right away. Regardless of the mess up, they seemed to be genuinely invested in the issue and tried to correct the error. I believe you can trust the seller and would do business with them again.   3. Shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Paid a fair price and had easy and quick communication. Packaging was damaged in transit but seller protected internals. Looked exactly like pictures in posting.
