Orders ship Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) and typically leave our facility within 1-3 business day. We use USPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight depending on package size and destination. Local pickup is available by appointment and can be arranged to avoid shipping fees. We participate in the eBay International Shipping Program. Everything accounted for, in original bags and box… the box was pretty smashed up and had tape all over it, despite the extra cardboard packaging. Overall very happy with the purchase and experience. It arrived quickly, it was available (sold out in retail stores so fast) and dare I say made our kids Christmas exactly what she wanted.
This plate set is beautiful and just as described! The shipping speed was reasonably quick and they were packaged safely. Great experience with this seller!
