Item had a good price. But it got lost in shipping. Seller used DHL shipping. I've never had any success in receiving items that were shipped with DHL. The seller checked on the tracking location of the package and acknowledged the item was lost in shipping. I asked the seller if he could send out another item, but use a different shipper. He said he could not do that. So I asked for and received a refund. Honest seller, just poor choice of a shipping company.
I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I contacted seller about returning the item. They offered to reimburse me part of my payment and let me keep the item anyway, I decided that was fair so I did that. Otherwise, they would have let me return it for a full refund plus postage. This was easier for both of us. They seem very willing to accommodate their customers.
