  1. Fast, well packaged shipping. There was an issue with the item, but the seller made things right. There was a cover was missing. The seller responded to my messages, checked back in her photos the warehouse took before shipping to see that my claim was true, searched for the cover, and gave a fair, partial refund. Good person to work with.

  2. Item came in original packaging and seemed brand new. It did have a sizable dent in the side, but that was mentioned in the description. That said, a picture would have been good to have included in the posting since it was bigger than expected. Delivery was quick and the item was well packed.

  3. Happy with the customer service however, I never received my package, so I feel neutral is best. I reached out and they did send me a refund as if never showed it had even been dropped off. I really wanted this pump but unfortunately it never came.
