The item I bought was listed as new but it was not delivered in the manufacture box. Upon opening it, it was scratched and had a hole in it making it useless. I contacted the seller and a day later the return was accepted and a mailing label sent. I returned the item later that day and the next day the 100% refund was pending in my bank account. Thank goodness they offered a 30 day return and refund policy.
I bought an Ice Maker but it was damaged in shipping…. Not the sellers fault. They excepted the return “ no problem “ gave me a fast no question refund. Easy to deal with.
