Seller was quick to ship and item arrived on time. However, there was a problem with both drives and a return had to be initiated. Seller sent a refund with no issues. Giving five stars because the transaction was overall positive with the items arriving as described … but, unfortunately, did not function correctly. I hate to return items and I do appreciate the seller working with me in this situation. 
As soon as I found out that the shipping location is not as advertised in the US I demanded cancellation of my order and refund. Which was accepted. I will not judge the seller as navigating the ever changing tariffs is a heavy burden for businesses. However, giving falls statements on an electronic platform with the intend to trick the buyer is wire fraud and that is a Federal Crime
I cannot vouch for the quality of the item as mine arrived corrupt. HOWEVER! Customer service is wonderful! The responded very quickly and gave me options to make it right. We chose refund and the refund cleared the account within hours.
