Seller was extremely responsive. Printer was shipped via FedEx and they kept damaging printers in transit. Seller was very diligent in sending replacements until one finally arrived via UPS instead in great condition on the third try. Seller was away during part of the time but he kept in frequent communication to rectify the situation until he could return to straighten everything out and get the printer delivered by a different carrier. Customer service was excellent.
The printer arrived quickly, well packaged and works great. It took minutes to set it up in place of our old canon that was the same model. The condition was very good with only very minor scuffs so it looks great, works great and was a bargain for less than half of a new one. Great seller, will revisit.
