  1. Quick safe delivery but not very well packed inside the actual item box. The outer box arrived undamaged and fortunately for the seller the lamps were OK. I would suggest that they take the time and care to place some packing around the lamps inside their boxes to prevent them from rattling around loose in transit. Having said all that,they are a very good value for money item and seem to be made from good quality materials finished to a reasonably high standard and should look good when fitted.

Arrived with part missing - contacted seller told to try source locally for part refund - unable to find - started return proceedure - refunded 50% immediately - message saying item returned not in original condition !! This was before it was returned no postage label received - I opened case with eBay got differential refund but still no return label at this point - seller not recommended - also product very thin don't think it would help at all even with the correct fixings
