I like the had, shipping was good and the packaging was good but when I opened the package a brown ball fell out and it smelled bad, and it got my hat brown. Good value and it’s exactly how it was described but I don’t know if I can get that smell out
Excellent communication! I needed a hat for a 3 yr old’s bday party and it was only 4 days away, but she got the hat to me in record time and the 3 yr old loved it!! Couldn’t ask for anything better! I would definitely shop with her again !!
