Description
Game description: In 1960 New York's Chinatown, a new wave of Chinese immigrants is pouring in. A boom in the population of the area initiated by the new immigration law! North of what is now Kenny Street and East of Poway Street. Immigrants, hard-working men and women, arrive in the thousands to buy buildings, set up businesses and realize the American Dream! In this game, you are one of them. Use the savings you have in hand for such opportunities in New York! Do you know how to use the extraordinary wealth your talents have made in America? The focus of the game is on trading, and anything can be traded. There are usually no specific negotiating methods during the transaction phase, and there are few restrictions. Players can use building blocks (which can be traded with or without a store), store blocks, or cash to trade any combination of transactions agreed upon by both buyers and sellers. Each transaction may involve only two players negotiating, or it may involve more than three players negotiating simultaneously. The process of the transaction can be noisy and quiet; it can be public and secret; but in any case the results of the transaction must be publicly displayed (eg: transfer of property rights in the store or building area; change of ownership of commodity blocks; increase or decrease in cash; etc.). When the property rights of shops and building areas are transferred, players must also change their color markings to indicate the change of ownership.
