As advertised as opened package but the seller said they never got around to using them but when I connected them via Bluetooth they had a name Jonathan attached meaning they had been used. Also the battery definitely does not hold a charge like they would if unused and new. Communication and mailing was great, however I’m just not sure they were accurately represented in the listing
