The items were shipped extremely quickly (less than 24 hours after purchase), the seller was very communicative and replied very quickly to any message. The items showed up exactly as described and very well packaged, and my order had four pieces of art etched on glass and very fragile, so that’s saying something. Each picture was individually wrapped with bubble wrap and cardboard, and there were some foam pool noodles for extra protection. Wonderful seller!
