The powder is a lovely colour but realised after ordering that I already had some of the same. I therefore cancelled 5 minutes after ordering, but the powder was already on its way! No problem if I had wanted it. It was not so easy to contact the seller at first, but all was sorted out and I received a refund. Will still order from this seller again but will be vigilant to be absolutely certain I want the product before deciding to cancel as orders seem to be sent out super fast.
Unfortunately the seller sent the wrong item and instead of the Pro-expert as advertised, sent the Pro toothbrush. The buyer was very helpful and offered a full refund but I offer a warning to other buyers as they could be missold an item that you can buy for less than £10 elsewhere.
