Figurine arrived safe and sound and it is perfect. Tracking experience however, that was a nightmare. No updates for days until finally an update about the package being in transit and next thing you know, it was delivered. There was also no way to get in contact with seller. I am glad it arrived, but oh my goodness, the stress! Seller may not be located in the US. If so, please say so, so we know to wait. Sent in a shipping bag, but well bubble-wrapped. Overall, good but with tracking hiccups.
Received the pillow in great shape, everything but the shipping was GREAT.!!! It would be so nice if the seller would give you TRACKING when product is shipped. Not knowing when something is shipped is NOT a good thing to be doing for a customer this day and age. Maybe the shipper will change that in the future!! I had to message the shipper to d regarding my order…. I should not have had to do that!!!! Shipper did respond but never answered me about giving me a tracking number though!!
Pretty good quality for the price/being a resell. The paint job is great. I expected it to come brand new in the box, however it was opened and the box had been flattened out (for shipping purposes i think) and the box has a few creases/wrinkles because of this, but I don't really mind. I did however have a small issue with the shipping company, UniUni, as they marked it as a "Failed Delivery, wrong address" when I never saw them come by.
