I really needed this for my husbands hearing aids and was so disappointed when I got a message that said they were delivered but they were no where to be found. The seller was kind enough to refund my money. Only problem is I still want to replace parts on hearing aid parts. So I guess it will have to wait.
I've receive it, I've not used yet since the Noctua-D15S has not arrived yet from AMAZON.. So installation is still on hold... But overall.. The package is complete as shown in the images when I purchase it. I'm just excited to make the installation when the cooler arrives...
I haven't received the item yet through no fault of the seller. There was a snafu between the shipper and the person who supposed to pick up the item and it didn't get done. The seller has been communicating with me throughout the process and has been great.
