The box arrived all smashed up and torn. The bad with the hardware inside the box was torn open and I never could find several of the hardware pieces. It looks like someone bought this previously and returned it which would explain the problem. I contacted the seller who responded almost immediately and went above and beyond correcting this issue. As to the final product “yikes.” So great response by the seller but I should have spent the money to purchase a quality product.
My husband just installed the ice maker today. It arrived in good condition. Appearance of ice maker is nice. Great value and I will be able to tell about the quality of the ice machine when I see how it makes ice since we just installed it today! Excellent seller and great communication!
