The Baofeng was just as stated, new in the box and plastic bags. The seller was very good, shipped fast, packed as it was from the factory. Because of sitting without a charge or usage the rechargeable battery would not charge but the seller was very good and we agreed that I would keep the radio and just purchase a new battery from Baofeng. The seller graciously refunded a portion of the purchase price for the battery situation. I purchased the new battery and it arrived yesterday all's great.
I had a great experience. Shipping was fast. As was seller response time for a minor discrepancy between the description and the keyboard's condition, but the seller was super understanding and accommodating when I reached out about it. It was a small, very easily missed issue with the functionality. Excellent customer service. Honestly, will likely be adding to my list of favorites. Absolutely would buy again. I feel like it was a great buying experience overall.
