I ordered 3 2packs of the bliss makeup melt. Unfortunately, every bottle leaked, some worse than others. I lost about 2 bottles worth in transport. I contacted the seller to see if there was anything they could do. They responded very quickly & offered to send 2 replacement bottles. I received the package & the seller ended up sending 3 bottles, with increased packaging. 1 of the 3 leaked significantly, but the other 2 were perfect. Great seller. They stand behind what they sell.
The shipping cost was wrong in the app, but the seller was honest about it and made a reimbursement for that. The packaging was good, the hat was as described by the seller, beautiful and the value of the product fair enough.
