Completely sealed, and brand new quality figurine. Very happy with the purchase price and speed of shipping. Was protected by a large box with a fragile sticker, bubble packing, and sealed in plastic. While the rat king has had many appearances that have changed throughout the years, I am very happy with this one and would recommend seller.
