Wow! What a nice company! They included a less than perfect plate along with the one ordered "in case" I could use it. Not only has this NEVER happened to me before, the opposite has been true - when a silver teapot arrived with a broken foot!! and the owner refused to make it right. (By the way Big Mountain Resellers") I WAS motivated to attempt a cleaning and the plate is definitely now usable. THANK YOU!
