Communication was excellent giving prompt truthful replies to my questions. The material is as described and very good value. Only problem I have is the way it had been stored and packaged, as there are a lot of creases, which I'm told by my curtain maker will take quite a lot of work to remove. It has been transferred to cardboard tubes which will help together with steam ironing. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and it was delivered on time.
Beautiful quality. There was an issue with the incorrect item being sent but the seller responded very quickly to my pointing that out and resolved the problem with immediate effect, refunding my postage for returning the wrong material. I recommend this seller who could not have done more to resolve the issue. Thank you.
