I did receive the item within the 2-4 days from across country. Unfortunately the item didn t work, but the return process seems to be going well. The communication of shipping status had some delays which was behind actual progress, not sure what happened there. The carrier showed it was still in New York the day it was delivered and then showed it delivered later the same day?
Item was marked shipped the day it was ordered(with no tracking) it did not actually ship till 5 days after purchase. Very poor communication from seller, product is as described though
