When item arrived the USB ports did not work. But I sprayed some electric contact cleaner around the button and let it work overnight. And this morning all works perfectly. I tried to contact seller last night but he had a NO Cancel message when you tried to contact seller. So there was no contacting him. Which leads me to believe heknew about USB not working. In his description of item was open box very good to excellent. But it worked out for me. I got a good price.
The item shipped and was delivered way faster than I expected. It was shipped in the original packaging as from jackery. I contacted them because I was supposed to get 2 100w solar panels but instead I got 2 200w solar panels. They told me to enjoy it and not worry about it. So I thought I was getting a good deal but I got a way better deal than I expected
