Very impressed by the seller. Vacuum battery was selling at 20% of new with a statement ‘open box’. I inquired about the condition, and reply was ‘can’t guarantee it. Box is open’. When it arrived I was surprised that everything was new in the original package, with box just being open. In my view, this is a very trustworthy reseller.

Shipping was a little slow, as it took 5 days from the creation of the shipping label for USPS to receive the package, but once I reached out, it was remedied promptly.
