This Neopets Aisha plush was packed carefully and arrived quickly - no damage during shipping. The plushie is very soft and looks/feels brand new just as described. Just as described - great condition for great price. Works well. Box was damaged in shipping, so I was concerned at the lack of bubble wrap or foam to buffer the ceramic hotplate inside. Fortunately there was no damage to contents of box.
