This is a lovely print, and we've already ordered a frame for it. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size initially and the vendor allowed me to cancel the order and re-order the print in the correct size, so it was a very positive transaction in every respect. The print arrived carefully packaged and exactly as pictured and described.
Seller shipped my items as promised, but unfortunately my order got lost or derailed in some post office or warehouse for about a month. Seller was very apologetic and promptly offered to reship my items. We were just about to do that and then TODAY I received my lost package!
