So they shipped FedEx, which in Tucson is not such a good experience. They often misdeliver. Usually it's within walking distance at a nearby house. This time I have no idea where FedEx delivered, But I contacted the seller on Friday and by Sunday they completed their investigation and I had a replacement! Integrity is so difficult to find in a world where large corporations are trying to use AI to morph themselves into not providing any customer service. People like this are exceptional.
The item never arrived, but the Seller investigated the case and issued a full refund. The lost package was not their fault, it was an error on the part of Fed-Ex. Very professional, courteous, and prompt seller. Thank you.
