When questioning delivery delay (48 hrs service) Dave representing The Good Life retorted "I presume that it is on its way up to you" - not really a good customer centred approach. However - product appeared to be intact but do not know if this the actual quality it should be.

I'm really pleased with how quick the delivery was, in fact even before the date promised. he said it was well packed , a beautiful, sturdy plant and well rooted.
