I was a bit disappointed with this item upon its arrival (late but of NO fault by Seller)! The Seller did indicate size in an ad photo next to a ruler; but, I only wished that the Seller had also indicated the size as mini in the ad wording as well! I use my purchases in my homemade projects & although item is cute, a bit pricey for its size, & not what I had expected, I suppose it will look good in a dollhouse setting! But,Seller has GREAT communications skills & I would GLADLY shop here again!
Top quality customer service. Seller was very helpful and even left a message with item, reaching out and letting me know to contact them if I needed anything or if I have any issues. Excellent communication. The controller looks brand new and buttons are nice and springy and not mushy at all for a pre-owned controller. This is an excellent restoration job and it works perfectly. I highly recommend this seller. I was notified that my item had been delivered but not to my address. The tracking number showed this. Even though the pkg was addressed to me it stated it was delivered to another state. The seller promptly refunded me the money but then the item showed up and even though I offered to make it right the seller told me to just keep the item. The seller promptly responded to all my communication!
