Dress-up Ooku Brooch Limited Version only available at the Ooku Exhibition in Tokyo About the Item The brooch is one of 100 limited edition sets created as a pre-sale ticket bonus to commemorate the Edo Ooku Special Exhibition, which will be held at the Tokyo National Museum in the summer of 2025. Three different gorgeous costumes are available, and you can enjoy dressing up in them. It was made possible through a special collaboration with the acrylic accessory brand "CHAKIRACCHO." What's Oooku? Ooku was the area within Edo Castle where the shogun's wife and children, along with the ladies-in-waiting who looked after them, lived. It also served as the inner palace where the shogun's heirs were raised. From 1600 to around 1860, many women lived here, and for over 250 years it fostered a unique, elegant and glamorous culture. Shipping and customs was included and got my clubs out extremely fast. I’m blown away that I purchased the clubs Friday night in Florida and I have them in my house within by Wednesday afternoon from Japan!!
