  1. Overall a good transaction. This unit was in good condition, with the only sign of a wear, a small mark on the plastic lens of the item that did not impact image quality. Otherwise the unit seemed brand new. Since it was a refurb, it came with a one year warranty which was good value. The packaging was mediocre, and FedEx destroyed the exterior box and delayed the delivery because they so destroyed the box the shipping label was removed and it took an extra 3 days to arrive. That's on FedEx.

Then They Messaged Back That I Could Send The Mouse Back For A Full Refund or That They Would Knock Off $7 And I Could Find My Own But They Did Not have A replacement!! Since I Got The Mouse At A Great Deal I Chose The $7 ! Which They Have Refunded To My Card!! Since I Use The mouse With Power Play Wireless Charging Mouse Pad I Am Happy With Taking The $7 Would/Will/Have Bought/Buy Again

However, I noticed loose screws inside the unit upon arrival. I reported the issue, and the seller responded promptly by providing prepaid return shipping. The item has been returned, and a replacement is being sent at no additional cost. Communication was clear, and the issue was handled professionally.
