While this unit was a bit pricier than the alternatives on eBay, the clean matte finish and 1-year warranty convinced me to spend the extra few bucks -- and I'm glad I did! The system arrived well within the quoted timeframe and was well-packaged with soft foam. My only issue was the very noisy power supply. I reached out for support and they responded in less than 24 hours. They sent me a replacement PSU and a prepaid return label for the old one, which also arrived quickly.
Ordered Sun 06/19/25, delivered M 06/30/25. Very prompt communication of an issue w/the order: unfortunately, the seller notified me that these white BlackBerry charger cubes were actually out of stock after i had already made the purchase, even though the listing had indicated that they were supposed to be in stock. The seller then offered to substitute black charger cubes in place of the white, which i did agree to.
