Board comes with EPROM based test program, which cycles 8 LED's continuously, plus there are other test modes (selected by dip switches). Just connect a 5V power supply and the board will be running right away. Watch the video. Also on this board are: TMS9914 GPIB controller & bus drivers, 68230 parallel I/O/timer chip & others.
