The item was handled adequately, and packaged right. The only thing that sucked was that screwdriver it came with but that didn't matter I had one better to loosen the screw with. All that matters is the battery working and I can say that it's excellent. About an hour or more in of game time and it's still on the green light. It came brand new. It charged in like 45 minutes. I would say for its value it is fine. It came out of the box looking sleek too.
Despite minor set back/scare with delivery, battery arrived as described and has held charge perfectly fine! For some reason on the original date of delivery there was an error with USPS having "insufficient address" but the next day it was delivered as normal.
Merchant shipped wrong product, and apparently did not have the correct product available. Merchant did refund due to the error, but loses one star due to not having a product that was listed for sale. Merchant does appear to be honorable.
