Even when there was a minor mix-up with the shipping information, the seller made sure to contact me immediately to address the issue. The item, when it arrived, was in impeccable condition, exactly as described. The time it took for the book to arrive was only two days, a record for an out-of-state purchase mind you. It was packed very carefully in a plastic wrapped envelope so as to prevent damage. And the price I paid was less than one-third of what it cost MSRP, so he gave me a bargain!
Item shipped the next day and arrived on time. Books were as described and for ex-library books they were in excellent condition. Box had bubble wrap to protect the books which was great because of the heavy weight of the hardcover books. Would definitely consider purchasing more from this seller!
The books were packaged very well, they were just as subscribed in the post, they were a good Value, and they were shipped promptly. I’m very excited about having these books for my after school students in tutoring.
