I bought this item and waited a week but never saw it sent. I messaged the seller, and the next day they replied, saying: "We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to you due to a system error. The item you purchased was not shipped out in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." They offered me options for a full refund or reissue. I asked for a refund, and they processed it fast. The seller was very apologetic. To be fair i gave seller a Positive feedback. Thank u.
Unfortunately my item was lost in transit. Communication with seller around this was great. They refunded me with no issues. Would buy from them in future no hesitation.
Item as described, packaging could have been better though. A couple of pieces were damaged, but overall a good experience with this seller.🙂
