Bought 3 books from seller. All 3 appear to be library books in very good condition, just as the listing description stated. All 3 books are actually in much better shape than I expected library books to be in. They look great. Using for a study group, so the library pouches may actually come in handy. This is a very nice seller. Great communication, sells excellent quality items at reasonable prices with fast shipping. I added Better World Books to my favorite sellers list. A++++ all the way.
Item was mislabeled in listing--I was looking for a hardcover copy, as this book was described, but when it arrived it was the softcover edition (which I already had). I brought this to the attention of the seller, and they quickly apologized and issued a refund, and said to keep the book. Because of their rapid fixing of the situation--and as I've had previous happy experiences buying from Better World Books and will continue to shop them--I will give this a + rating for customer service!
