  1. Dear Ashley, I did provide the information. I actually have the email addresses where I sent the information to the UPS Mexico address at AIFA Airport. Unfortunately, they have hired incompetent, untrained staff. They called me twice, and I answered and sent two emails with the information. Also, if you notice, the shipping information hasn't been updated since March 20th, which is 13 days now. UPS's actions are regrettable.   2. This is one of my favorite eBay sellers. They’re very fast with turnaround time and ship items almost instantly after you buy. I’ve been a customer with these folks for more than a decade, and their service never fails to impress me. The one time I got a defective item, it was clearly listed as untested, and they took it back no questions asked even though they probably didn’t have to. If every seller was like this, eBay would be a better place! Would highly recommend!

  3. My second purchase from this seller and no disappointment here. The item arrived very well packed for the transatlantic journey and was accuartely described and as pictured. For a used item it was in very good condition and complete with all accessories. Being genuine Tektronix means good quality, but at a price. In this case I feel the sellers price was quite reasonable. Again, very pleased with this transaction, and would recommend this seller, despite the distance.
