  3. The DVD arrived as described by the seller. The DVD case and jacket appeared brand new. Unfortunately, there was an internal defect with the DVD. This was not the fault of the seller as they could not know prior to selling. After contacting the seller, they were understanding and we reached a solution that was agreeable to us both. If the opportunity comes, I will purchase from the seller in the future.
