Description

The Plays of Philip Massinger, in Four Volumes, with notes critical and explanatory by W. Gifford Esq., London 1813. Four Volumes. Octavo, frontispiece to volume one. Contemporary matching full calf, sl rubbed. Double gilt ruled borders to boards, the spines with raised bands, two contrasting lettering pieces, gilt in compartments. Minor wear spine head vol one, edges rubbed, few minor blemishes to boards, but all joints and hinges are secure and this is a G-Vg attarctively bound set.
