Overall the experience was positive. Listing stated headset only came with a USB. However I didn't know that meant you couldn't use it on Xbox. Had to purchase another piece from TB to make it work. At that point I could have bought the headset brand new vs ebay. More transparency would of been nice in the listing describing that it wouldn't work for Xbox and that it was a used item wih hair in the ear cups, rather than listing as new. Was quick to respond to me and was polite.
